Vendor Agreement
KIVOZA is operated by Neel Networks, an India-based business ("KIVOZA", "we", "us" or "our"). This agreement applies to IT companies and freelancers registering as vendors ("Vendors"). It supplements the Terms of Service. If they conflict on a Vendor-specific matter, this agreement applies. By registering as a Vendor, you accept this agreement.
1. Eligibility and verification
You must be based in India, be at least 18 years old and be legally able to enter into a contract. If you register for a business, you must have authority to bind it.
We verify your business against government records using your GSTIN or PAN at registration. Give accurate details that you are authorised to use. No document upload is required, and we do not ask for Aadhaar. Tell us promptly about changes. We may check again if details change or appear inaccurate, and may refuse or remove an account that cannot be verified.
2. Your free listing and paid additions
Each verified account includes:
- 3 service categories;
- 2 industries within each of those categories; and
- 1 case study for each of those industries.
The free listing remains active while your account is open and verified. You can buy additional service categories and additional industries within free or paid categories. Each additional category includes 2 industries and 1 case study per industry; each additional industry includes 1 case study. See Plans & Pricing for current prices.
Industries and case studies belong to a service category. When a paid category ends, all its industries, including separately purchased industries, and their case studies stop appearing on your profile and in search results. An additional industry under a free category ends when its own monthly plan is not renewed.
Case studies must describe real work carried out by you or your business. Keep your listing accurate and current.
3. Monthly plans and payment
All paid plans are monthly; there are no yearly plans. A month runs from the date the particular plan starts, rather than by calendar month.
Plans do not renew automatically. We do not store your card for future charges. We send a reminder before expiry; to continue, pay for the next month through your Vendor dashboard. If you do not pay before expiry, the plan ends.
Prices appear on Plans & Pricing and in your dashboard before payment. Applicable GST is added. We issue a tax invoice for each purchase; provide a valid GSTIN if you are GST-registered. Price changes apply to your next monthly payment, not a period already paid for.
Cancellation, expiry and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Matching, visibility and connections
Customers are businesses using KIVOZA to find IT services. We show them matching Vendors with a match score based on factors such as services, relevant industry case studies, budget range and profile completeness. Paid plans expand visibility for purchased categories and industries; they do not increase the match score or place you above a better-matched Vendor. We may change matching methods to improve results.
You may pause or resume a service category. A paused category does not appear in searches or receive new connections. Pausing does not stop or extend a paid period.
There is no bidding, buying or claiming projects. Customers choose up to five Vendors per project. When a Customer connects, we share their contact and project details with you. Connections are free. We do not guarantee a search position, visibility, connections, projects or income.
5. Your responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally, describe your skills and availability honestly, comply with applicable laws and follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
You are an independent business, not our employee, agent or partner. You are responsible for your staff, equipment, taxes, licences and insurance. Your contract with a Customer is directly between you and that Customer, including scope, prices, delivery, invoices, payments, warranties and disputes. KIVOZA is not a party to it.
6. Customer information and confidentiality
Use Customer information only to discuss and carry out the project for which they connected with you. Do not add Customers to marketing lists, share their details with others or contact Customers who have not chosen to connect. Keep their information secure and delete it when no longer needed or when requested, unless retention is required by law.
Keep non-public information about Customers, KIVOZA and the Platform confidential and use it only for this agreement. This does not prevent a disclosure required by law. Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Content and common legal terms
You retain ownership of your logo, case studies, portfolio, videos and other content, and must have the right to use them. The content licence in the Terms of Service applies. It allows us to use content as needed to operate, improve and promote the Platform; it does not permit unrelated use of confidential project details or personal information.
The Terms of Service also govern intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, Indian law and dispute resolution.
8. Suspension, closure and changes
You may close your account by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address. We may suspend or close an account, reduce visibility or remove content for a breach, false information, failed verification, misuse of Customer information or repeated serious complaints. Refunds, including on closure or suspension, are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
We may update this agreement and will notify you of significant changes by email or on the Platform. Price changes do not affect a period already paid for.
